Beyoncé’s mom hit back at trolls criticizing her daughter’s Christmas Day performance, calling them «obsessed» and defending her talent

Tina Knowles is baffled by how critics spent their Christmas slamming her daughter Beyoncé’s performance, calling it «mind-boggling» that people would use their holiday to post «dumb, ridiculous stuff.»

On December 27, she shared a post agreeing with a message that stated, “no matter how undeniably talented you are, people will always, ALWAYS, always have some negative ish to say.»

Knowles, 70, was clearly frustrated, especially after Beyoncé’s Christmas Day halftime show at the Houston Texans-Baltimore Ravens game.

She pointed out how strange it was that people would watch a performance they disliked, just to criticize it later. “You are so obsessed with them, addicted to them, and secretly admire them, wish you could be them,” Knowles remarked, calling out trolls for their contradictory behavior.

She encouraged the critics to watch something else next time, like «goofy cartoons or Bozo the clown,» instead of wasting their time trashing something they clearly didn’t enjoy.

Knowles also shared a powerful message about resilience, quoting Isaiah 54:7: “No weapon formed against me shall prosper,” a sentiment she’s learned from Beyoncé’s “warrior spirit.”

Beyoncé’s Christmas halftime show, dubbed the «Beyoncé Bowl,» was a massive hit in her hometown of Houston, Texas.

The multi-Grammy-winning artist wowed the audience in a white-feathered gown, cowboy hat, and a red, white, and blue «Cowboy Carter» sash.

She was joined by Shaboozey and Post Malone for surprise collaborations, and even her daughter, Blue Ivy, performed with her on «Texas Hold ‘Em.»

On December 27, Netflix announced that the 13-minute performance from the NFL’s first-ever Christmas Gameday is now available for streaming as *Beyoncé Bowl*.
