Blake Lively expresses her love for «everyone affected by the Los Angeles fires» in her first post since filing the lawsuit against Justin Baldon
Blake Lively is offering her support to those affected by the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles in her first post since filing a lawsuit against *It Ends with Us* co-star and director Justin Baldoni.
On Wednesday, January 8, Lively, 37, shared an Instagram Story highlighting the efforts of the Mutual Aid L.A. Network, a volunteer group providing crucial resources amidst the ongoing crisis.
She praised their work in assembling a comprehensive, constantly updated document with resources for shelter, animal boarding, and general information as the fires rage across the city.
«To everyone affected by the Los Angeles fires…» Lively wrote, sharing the document and providing a glimpse of the valuable assistance being offered.
Her post follows a surge of celebrity support for the wildfire victims, after a rapidly spreading blaze began on January 7 in the Pacific Palisades area, exacerbated by strong winds.
Other fires, including the Eaton Fire, have since emerged, and a new blaze was reported in the Hollywood Hills. As of Wednesday evening, over 80,000 people have been evacuated, with widespread destruction and at least five confirmed fatalities.
Several celebrities, including Leighton Meester and Adam Brody, Anna Faris, Ricki Lake, Cameron Mathison, Paris Hilton, Spencer Pratt, and Heidi Montag Pratt, have reported damage or destruction to their homes.
Lake shared her heartbreak on Instagram, saying, «It’s all gone. 💔 I can’t believe I am typing these words,» while Hilton expressed her devastation over seeing her Malibu home «burn to the ground» on live TV.
