Halle Berry shares a look at her more natural hairdo, adding that her beau approves: My man loves it
Halle Berry shared a new look on social media on Sunday.
The Hollywood bombshell wore her hair in a full, unstyled manner as she went light on the makeup for the up-close portrait.
The 5ft5in Oscar-winner was wearing a red check pajama top as she took the selfie in the sunlight.
The 56-year-old Catwoman actress said in her caption that her beau Van Hunt is into the more natural hairstyle.
‘Sunday serve…my man loves this. Forward all complaints to him @vanhunt,’ wrote the red carpet fixture in her caption.
Berry’s followers loved the look.
One said: ‘A natural black woman is power and light. You embrace both.
Another added: ‘You could be bald and you will always look amazing, kudos to your man for this look, you wear it well!’
A third shared: ‘My girl @halleberry keep surprising this look.. 70’s look fight the power. Love the look my idol !!!’
Others said she looked like Marxist and feminist political activist, philosopher, and academic Angela Davis.
Halle has said in the past she would like to play Davis in a movie.
Earlier this year she posed with her musician boyfriend Van Hunt.
The Introducing Dorothy Dandridge star captioned the post: ‘Don’t be the girl a man wants, be the woman a man needs!’
The couple are going strong more than three and a half years into their relationship.
‘Halle’s exes have been full of drama, but Van’s the opposite,’ a source told Us Weekly of the couple.
‘They have a lot of heat between them but no toxicity. They’re soulmates.’
And the couple have not shied away from PDA or from talking about their love.
‘When you’re loved and supported as a woman, everything changes,’ Berry revealed to Extra in November 2021. ‘The day looks brighter, everything looks better. Your opportunity seems limitless … That’s what’s happened.’
Hunt added at the time: ‘It makes me feel warm and fuzzy, that’s for sure.’

She wed professional baseball player David Justice in 1993. They divorced almost four years later.
