Jennifer Lopez has canceled all of her scheduled media appearances to focus on supporting the community amid the ongoing LA wildfires

Jennifer Lopez has reportedly canceled all of her upcoming media appearances amid the catastrophic wildfires devastating Los Angeles.

The wildfires, which began earlier this week, were fueled by the region’s worst windstorms in over a decade, leading to widespread destruction.

Thousands of structures have been destroyed, and at least 11 lives have been lost.

Nearly 130,000 people have been placed under evacuation orders, and authorities have deployed K-9 units to help locate human remains in the wreckage.

Among the areas affected is the Pacific Palisades, where several celebrity homes were destroyed, including properties owned by Paris Hilton, Jeff Bridges, Anthony Hopkins, John Goodman, and more.

In light of the crisis, Lopez, 55, decided to cancel her media rounds for the upcoming release of her movie *Unstoppable*, which is set to premiere on Amazon Prime next Friday.

A source close to the actress said, «It’s important to her to focus on supporting the community of Los Angeles during this very difficult time.»

The movie, a biographical drama starring Jharrel Jerome as wrestler Anthony Robles, was set to have its premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre on Tuesday, but the event was canceled due to the ongoing wildfires.

Lopez had also planned to promote the film in New York next week, but she has since scrapped her trip to focus on assisting with fire relief efforts.

Earlier this week, Lopez shared resources on Instagram to help those affected by the fires, including shelter and animal care information.

She has also been in touch with her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, after learning his home was at risk.

A source revealed that Lopez offered her support, saying, «She let him know she’s there for him and the kids.»

While Affleck’s home survived, many celebrities were not so lucky. Adam Brody, Leighton Meester, Anna Faris, John Goodman, Anthony Hopkins, Billy Crystal, and Eugene Levy lost their homes.

James Woods shared a video of the flames approaching just before evacuating.

The fires also destroyed the home of *The Hills* stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, who were forced to flee.
