The Let’s Get Loud singer, 53, was spotted flashing her taut midriff as she left the Tracy Anderson Studio in Studio City, California on Thursday
The Marry Me star looked to be in a hurry as she left the studio in a strappy black sports bra and black leggings.
Her toned abs, shoulders and chest were on full display and a testament to her commitment to fitness.
The mom of two had her famous, long brown hair pulled up on top of her head in a messy top knot and wore sunglasses as she headed back to her car after her workout.
Immaculate white trainers were on her feet and she carried a large black Hermes Birkin handbag in one hand and a sparkly water bottle in the other.
When she arrived at the celebrity trainer’s studio she also appeared to be in a hurry, practically jogging from her SUV to the entrance of the building.
At that time, the Hustlers actress wore a sleek, long-sleeved black shirt and her hair was pulled back with a claw clip.
She exited the passenger’s side of the vehicle but it was not apparent who the driver of the car was.
The Tracy Anderson Method workout is popular with celebrities including Gwyneth Paltrow, Tracee Ellis Ross, Alessandra Ambrosio, Victoria Beckham, Nicole Richie and Robert Downey Jr.
The pre and post workout snaps come one day after the Gigli star took her stepdaughter Violet Affleck, 17, to lunch at the iconic The Ivy restaurant in Beverly Hills.
Violet also accompanied her father Ben Affleck, 50, and JLo to Michael Rubin’s 4th of July white party in the Hamptons.
At the time, people noted that the teenager is a dead ringer for her mother, Jennifer Garner, 51.
