Kate Middleton has offered a sneak peek into her Christmas carol concert, sharing a clip of Gregory Porter’s performance at Westminster Abbey
The Princess of Wales has given the public a first look at her annual Christmas carol service, featuring a moving clip of Gregory Porter performing inside Westminster Abbey.

Kate Middleton, 42, hosted her fourth «Together at Christmas» service at the iconic church in the heart of London at the beginning of December.
This marked one of the few times the mother of three has appeared publicly this year, following a course of preventative chemotherapy in the first half of 2024.
The Princess of Wales underwent major abdominal surgery, after which doctors revealed they had found signs of cancer and advised her to undergo the demanding treatment.

Months after her treatment, Kate has returned to public life, hosting her fourth ‘Together at Christmas’ carol service at Westminster Abbey, set to air on ITV on Christmas Eve.
Ahead of the broadcast, ITV has shared a preview featuring Gregory Porter performing «Do You Hear What I Hear?» to a captivated audience.
The camera captures attendees, including actress Hannah Waddingham, who smiles in a floral dress and burgundy jacket.

Porter is one of several performers, alongside Paloma Faith and Olivia Dean. The service will also highlight the stories of guests, celebrating those who support others in need, with a focus on love as the greatest gift. The event is produced by The Royal Foundation.
ITV explained that the concert’s theme draws from the Christmas story, urging us to reflect on the experiences of others and the essential human need for empathy.
This event marked the first public appearance of the Wales family together since the King’s Trooping the Colour in June.

Kate was joined by her husband, the Prince of Wales, and their children—Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6—to host ‘Together At Christmas’.
Kate was joined by her parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, and siblings, Pippa, 41, and James, 37.
Taking an active role in organizing the service, she arrived early at 4pm to oversee final preparations before greeting guests.

When singer Paloma Faith expressed sympathy for Kate, who underwent chemotherapy, the princess responded, «I didn’t know this time last year it was going to be the year I’ve just had,» adding, «The unplanned… but many people this year have faced challenges, including those here today.»
Kate, who married Prince William in 2011 and attended the late Queen’s funeral at Westminster Abbey in 2022, shared that the abbey holds «so many memories» for her.
She also revealed that she had enlisted Prince Louis, 6, to keep a surprise performance by Royal Ballet soloists a secret from Princess Charlotte, 9.
