Mariah Carey Signs Rihanna’s Chest at Her Triumphant Stage Comeback During Final Christmas Concert After Flu Battle

Mariah Carey wrapped up her Christmas Time tour with a spectacular performance in Brooklyn on Tuesday, December 17.

Mariah Carey hit the stage at the Barclays Center on Tuesday, Dec. 17, in Brooklyn. She wrapped her Christmas Time tour with a star-studded crowd that included Rihanna, who got her breast signed by the singer.

«Mariah Carey is signing my tit,» Rihanna, 36, said as the camera panned to her. The Fenty founder wore sunglasses and a fluffy tan jacket.

The memorable moment with Rihanna happened during the greatest hits segment of Mariah’s show. After performing classics like Emotions, Hero, and Fantasy, Mariah led a sing-along of Always Be My Baby.

She then mingled with fans, joking about the «atrocious» lighting. The crowd erupted in cheers when Rihanna appeared in the audience, and the two shared a special moment, much to the audience’s delight.

After returning to the stage, Mariah Carey performed her 2004 hit We Belong Together, followed by an energetic rendition of All I Want for Christmas Is You.

Throughout the night, she treated the audience to both Christmas classics and her own hits, including Joy to the World, O Holy Night, Oh Santa!, and When Christmas Comes.

The concert was also a family affair, with Carey’s 13-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, joining her onstage. The twins played guitar and drums during a mash-up of Let It Snow and Deck the Halls, and later joined her for the final number, exiting with her aboard a sleigh.

This triumphant return followed Carey’s flu-related cancellations of three shows in Pittsburgh, Newark, and Belmont. She had announced the cancellations on social media, apologizing to fans and expressing her disappointment over having to miss the performances.

On Monday, Dec. 16, Mariah Carey confirmed she was feeling better and would be able to perform in Brooklyn.

She thanked her fans on Instagram, saying, «Lambs, thank you for making my #Christmastime so special. I can’t wait to see you all tomorrow in Brooklyn for the last show of the tour.»

Carey’s 20-date Christmas Time tour, which began in Highland, Calif., on Nov. 6, featured memorable moments, including her twins Monroe and Moroccan joining her on stage in Raleigh, N.C., on Dec. 9 to celebrate All I Want for Christmas Is You hitting No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 again.

This year also marked the 30th anniversary of her iconic album Merry Christmas, and on Dec. 9, she announced the release of a limited deluxe edition of the album.
