Meghan Markle Reveals the Heartwarming Christmas Tradition She Shares with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet
“Every holiday feels like a brand-new adventure,” Meghan Markle recently shared about celebrating the season with her children

The Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry are embracing the festive spirit with a cherished family tradition.
In a recent interview with *Marie Claire*, Meghan revealed her excitement for the holidays and the memories she’s creating with Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.
One of their favorite traditions? Leaving “carrots for the reindeer,” a sweet nod to the magic of Christmas.

Reflecting on spending the season as a family of four, Meghan said, “At first, as a mom, you’re just so happy to have your children with you, even if they don’t fully understand the holiday yet.
But now, they’re at an age where I can’t wait to see everything through their eyes each year. It’s truly magical.” “Every single holiday is a new adventure,” Meghan Markle shared, emphasizing the joy of creating cherished traditions for her children.
She highlighted how experiences like sharing “great recipes that become formative memories” help bring the magic of the season to life for Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

This year, Archie and Lilibet made a special appearance in the Sussexes’ 2024 holiday card—their first since 2021, the year of Lilibet’s birth and her public photo debut.
In one of the six featured photos, the siblings, with Archie’s signature red hair in full view, are captured from behind as they run towards Harry and Meghan, who greet them with open arms.
The touching image marks a rare glimpse of the couple’s children, whose last appearance was in the 2022 Netflix docuseries *Harry & Meghan*.
Released in December 2022, the series provided an intimate look into their lives, making this year’s holiday card all the more poignant for fans of the family.

The Sussex family will spend another Christmas in the U.S., likely joined by Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, while several royal family members gather in Sandringham. Harry, 40, and Meghan, 43, were not invited to Sandringham this year amid ongoing tensions with King Charles and Prince William.
Security concerns for Harry and his family, including Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3, remain a point of contention. Harry last saw King Charles in February after the monarch announced his cancer diagnosis but has since experienced deteriorating communication.
According to sources, the King no longer answers Harry’s calls or letters, leaving the prince unable to address concerns about his father’s health.
