Nicole will reprise her role as a healthy lifestyle gսru in the second season of Hulu

Hulu has renewed Nine Perfect Strangers for another season following a successful debut, where Nicole Kidman truly embodied her character with her method acting approach.

Kidman is slated to reprise her role as Masha, the quirky director and proprietor of Tranquillum House, a resort that offers wellness treatments and is a relaxing vacation destination.

The enigmatic Russian-American figure appears eager to take any measures necessary to enhance her guests’ path toward better health.

Nine distinct characters arrived at the resort and began their journey toward healing. As they checked in, some of the guests started to question the unconventional methods of the retreat.

As the plot developed, the visitors sought solace in relaxation, tranquility, and massages rather than confronting their mortality.

The show’s first season was based on a book with the same title, written by Liane Moriarty, who also authored Big Little Lies. The actress and producer committed seriously to her role in the series.

The Moulin Rouge star dedicated herself to perfecting her accent, even at home with her family.

The mother-of-four — consistently ranked among the world’s highest-paid actresses — shares two adopted children, Bella and Connor, with her ex-husband Tom Cruise.

Her star husband, Keith Urban, and she have two daughters named Sunday Rose, 14, and Faith Margaret Kidman Urban, 12.

On Tuesday, Kidman’s country-singing husband gushed about his wife while celebrating her 56th birthday on The Today show.

Urban posted an image of the back of Nicole’s head as she stood in a wooded area staring at an owl in the tree captioned,

‘To my gorgeous, sexy, adventurous, curious, nature loving, owl spotting, artist, wife: happy birthday baby !!!!!! xxxxxx’

Like her husband, Kidman is also a talented singer and previously put her chops on display in multiple roles, including; Moulin Rouge, Ryan Murphy’s The Prom, and 2020s The Undoing.

In 2017, she sang backing vocals on Urban’s The Female.

Despite her impressive voice, she is still quite shy about stepping behind the mic, saying she only did it since her husband requested her appearance on the track.
