Rita Ora struggles to get into a taxi in a very tight black fishtail dress

Rita Ora had some difficulties getting into her taxi as she headed to the star-studded 2023 Vogue World event in London on Thursday night.

The singer, 32, struggled to move around in her very tight outfit as she left The Savoy to head to the Theatre Royal Drury Lane for the hotly-anticipated show.

For one of fashion’s biggest nights of the year, she looked elegant in a strapless black gown with a sheer corset-style back and a tight fishtail skirt with a train.

However, Rita’s very glamorous ensemble made it difficult for her to manoeuvre herself into her taxi as she was seen struggling to hop up into the vehicle.

The Poison hitmaker was seen having to carefully slide herself on to the back seat of the car as not to damage her show-stopping ensemble.

Rita was also seen posing for some very gorgeous snaps as she stepped out of her hotel ready for the event, which will kick off London Fashion Week.

The stars flocked to 2023 Vogue World and saw the likes of Kate Moss, Cara Delevingne, Victoria Beckham and Adwoa Aboah in attendance.

But the star of the show was Vogue’s all-powerful editor-in-chief, Dame Anna Wintour, who, having lived in the US for 35 years, has recently switched her flinty gaze back on to her beloved home city.

Aside from her plans for Vogue World 23, aimed at raising funds for Britain’s cash-strapped arts scene,

The Mail on Sunday reported that she is house-hunting in the capital, looking for a pad fit for a fashion queen – with, or close to, a tennis court and not far from her friend and constant companion of late, Bill Nighy, also 73.

Thursday’s event served as a fundraiser for Britain’s performing arts industry, with Vogue’s Editor-in-Chief Anna overseeing proceedings.

The first Vogue World event featured a fashion show and street fair when it took place in New York’s meatpacking district in 2021, but the London ceremony is expected to be a grander affair.

The dress code was Opening Night, with the invitation revealed a West End stage decorated with by blood-red velvet curtains.
