She ‘Never Wanted Any of This’: Angelina Jolie Wins Winery Lawsuit Associated with Alleged Brad Pitt Abuse
Brad Pitt has been ordered to produce documents deemed «crucial evidence» in the winery lawsuit with Angelina Jolie

Her lawyer stated that if Pitt fails to comply, Jolie will present evidence proving his claims are false. The case centers on Jolie’s 2022 sale of her share of Château Miraval to Tenute del Mondo, which Pitt argues violated an agreement not to sell without mutual approval.
Earlier, Pitt won a legal victory, suggesting a written agreement about the sale. Jolie had offered to sell her share back to him but rejected his demand for an NDA.
A judge also ruled in May that Jolie must disclose eight years’ worth of NDAs, which Pitt’s team says is standard practice, while Jolie’s team claims the NDA would have silenced her regarding his alleged abuse.

Pitt’s legal team argued that Jolie is seeking the documents to turn the business dispute into a re-litigation of their divorce. Jolie filed for divorce shortly after a 2016 incident on a private plane where Pitt was allegedly abusive while intoxicated in front of their children.
Although Pitt, who has since achieved sobriety, denies the abuse and was cleared by authorities, Jolie’s lawyers have claimed that Pitt’s abusive behavior toward her began long before the plane incident.
The former couple, who were legally declared single in 2019, share six children: Maddox, 23, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 16. Several of the children have removed Pitt’s surname and have minimal contact with him or his family.

In a separate matter, Jolie and Pitt are still working toward a divorce settlement, nearly eight years after their split. A source close to the couple noted in July that while discussions are ongoing, the divorce is not yet finalized.
An insider explained that the prolonged process is partly due to the lingering bitterness between them, with neither willing to let go.
