At a spa with a sauna and a cold immersion treatment, Hailey Bieber poses in a neon green sports brа
Hailey Bieber gave fans a glimpse into her Wellness Wednesday routine in a new TikTok she shared.
In the short clip, the Rhode Beauty founder, 26 — who sizzled in a red bikini earlier this week — wore a lime green bra top
and grey sweatpants as she sat in a sauna pulling her hair off her neck and up into a ponytail as she sweated it out.

The video then cuts to her submerging herself into a cold plunge located in a lushly landscaped yard.
After the cold plunge, the model goes back to the sauna, leaving the sweatpants behind and instead wearing black bikini bottoms.
She captioned the video, ‘Wellness Wednesday sauna x cold plunge. Repeat,’ with Justin Bieber, 29, and Future’s song Private Landing playing in the background.

It is unclear where Hailey was posting from, but just a couple of days ago, she was spotted in the Mediterranean on a quick getaway with her Peaches singer husband.
Their trip came after the model shot a Victoria’s Secret ad in Spain, where she was also spotted frolicking on a yacht with her friend Justine Skye.
On May 28, the runway veteran shared a series of snaps from Spain and captioned the post: ‘All I know is, I’m about to have the best summer of my life.’

And she deserves it. She had a small stroke last year due to a congenital heart problem.
Her husband is facing his own health scare. Last summer, he was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which resulted in facial paralysis.
The Yummy singer ended up cancelling his Justice World Tour as a result of his condition.
The Memorial Day weekend snaps come after a busy week for the couple.

In addition to shooting the Victoria’s Secret ad, she was in London for the U.K. launch of Rhode Beauty.
The R&R time also comes at a good time for Hailey mentally. She’s faced substantial backlash in recent months for a TikTok video she posted (and has since deleted) in which she and Kendall Jenner lip synced the lyric,
‘And I’m not saying she deserved it, but I’m saying God’s timing is always right.’
