Gisele Bundchen has shown off the benefits of healthy eating in a teeny bikini ahead of her cookbook launch.
The stunning star, 43, sizzled as she showed off her small waist and stunning figure as she posed in a grey bikini by the fashion brand Calzedonia.
The two-piece top was covered in silver diamond in an intricate pattern and the bottoms matched perfectly.
Gisele accessorised with two necklaces, one that was so long it reached all the way down to her flat belly.
Her long blonde locks were swept over to one side and framed her gorgeous facial features and she opted for subtle makeup highlighting her natural beauty.
The sensational snap comes as Gisele released her new cookbook called Nourish. The book includes recipes that Gisele eats «to stay fit» and keep her model figure.
Gisele said: “I am so excited to announce my new cookbook, Nourish. People are always asking me what I eat and how I stay fit. Great food is something I am passionate about, and it is vital for living a healthy lifestyle.
“In Nourish, I share my family’s favourite simple, nutritious, and delicious recipes and some self-care rituals that help me so much in my life, especially as a busy, working mom.»
This comes after Gisele spoke out about the «stress» of modelling and admitted that she had some «suicidal thoughts» at the height of her career.
In an interview with CBS News Sunday Morning Gisele said: “I couldn’t breathe. And then I started being in studios, and I felt, like, suffocated.
I lived on the 9th floor, and I had to go up the stairs because I was afraid I would be stuck on the elevator, and I’d be hyperventilating.”
“You know when you can’t breathe even when the windows are open, you feel like, ‘I don’t want to live like this,’ you know what I mean?” The host Lee Cowan said: “Did you really think about jumping?”
