Fox styled her long auburn hair in loose curls that tumbled over her shoulders and wore a full face of makeup.
Julia was completely topless with just the garment bag strategically placed over her chest to cover her modesty as she walked the streets of London.
She paired the unconventional look with a pair of white shorts and added knee-high PVC stilettos.
