Kaia Gerber and Lewis Pullman got cozy at his birthday party after her split with Austin Butler, with sources describing them as «a cute couple.»
Kaia Gerber has been seen spending time with someone new, weeks after her split from Austin Butler.
On January 29, the 23-year-old model was spotted with 32-year-old Lewis Pullman at the Los Angeles restaurant Salazar, celebrating his birthday. Actor Bill Pullman, Lewis’s father, was also present at the event.
«They’ve been spending time together recently,» a source shared, adding that the pair are «a cute couple and very low-key.»
For the occasion, Gerber dressed casually in a denim jacket, dark pants, and a green scarf, while Lewis kept it simple in a white T-shirt, jeans, and a zip-up hoodie with a baseball cap.
The two dined together, and at one point, Gerber was photographed holding Lewis’s arm.
Earlier in January, it was confirmed that Gerber and Butler, who had been dating for over three years, had separated.
The breakup occurred toward the end of 2024, and noted that Butler was not present during the Gerber family’s vacation to Mexico.
The couple first sparked romance rumors in December 2021, and publicly debuted their relationship in March 2022 at W Magazine’s Best Performances party.
In May 2022, Kaia Gerber and Austin Butler attended the Met Gala together. While they walked the red carpet separately, they posed for photos and shared a kiss at the top of the iconic Metropolitan Museum of Art staircase.
The couple was later seen sharing another kiss at the 2023 Golden Globes and attended the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty, where Butler was nominated for Best Actor.
In a February 2024 interview with *WSJ. Magazine*, Gerber opened up about why she and Butler chose to keep their relationship private, explaining,
“Honestly, I feel like so few things in my life are private, and that is one of the things that I try to keep as sacred as possible.”
Before Butler, Gerber had a relationship with *Euphoria* actor Jacob Elordi. Meanwhile, Butler had an eight-year relationship with *High School Musical* star Vanessa Hudgens, which ended in January 2020.
