Katie Holmes was pictured while stepping out in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood on Saturday afternoon.

The 44-year-old actress cut a casual figure in comfortable clothing as she made her way through the Big Apple’s crowded streets.

The performer, who recently spoke about appearing in a potential reboot of Dawson’s Creek, opted for a light brown sweater worn on top of a white t-shirt during the outing.

Holmes also wore a pair of beige cargo pants that were contrasted with tri-tone Adidas Samba sneakers.

The Batman Begins actress accessorized with a fashionable pair of sunglasses and kept a leather purse slung over her right arm.

Her gorgeous brunette hair was tied up into a loose bun for the length of her outing.

Holmes’ most recent appearance in a movie was in Rare Objects, which was released this past April.

The movie was based on Kathleen Tessaro’s novel of the same name, which was originally published in 2016.

The story is centered on a young woman who attempts to regain control of her turbulent life while working in an antique shop.

The feature’s cast was rounded out by Alan Cumming, Derek Luke and Julia Mayorga.

In addition to directing the movie, the Dawson’s Creek actress also co-wrote its screenplay and served as one of its producers.

The feature was released on April 14 and received mixed to negative reviews from critics, leaving it with a 44% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Holmes spoke about working on Rare Objects during an interview with IndieWire, where she expressed that she pushed herself harder as a performer in order to get back into the director’s chair during her time on set.
