Meghan Markle shares a heartfelt message with Prince Harry from home as he receives a standing ovation at the Invictus Games.
Meghan Markle is cheering on her husband, Prince Harry, from home!
As the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 wrapped up on Sunday, February 16, during the closing ceremony, the Duchess of Sussex shared her support from their home in California.

“So proud of you,” Meghan, 43, posted on her Instagram Stories alongside a video showing the enthusiastic crowd at Rogers Arena as Harry, 40, appeared on the jumbotron.
In the clip, Harry was seen sitting as the audience rose to their feet, chanting, “Harry, Harry, Harry!”
Harry, smiling, waved for the crowd to sit down as they continued to cheer loudly in his honor.

This moment followed a heartfelt tribute from Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who praised Harry’s efforts in making the Invictus Games a reality.
«To the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, without whom these Invictus Games would never have happened,» Trudeau said.
«You, you are the one who turned this incredible idea into a reality, and as someone who was brought in early during my time as Prime Minister, I can testify to the energy, dedication, and commitment you have shown to this cause.”

The tribute brought Harry to tears.
Before Valentine’s Day on February 14, Meghan returned to their home in Montecito with their children, Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3, after attending the opening ceremony and several events at the Invictus Games in Canada.
The Vancouver Whistler games marked the inaugural Winter Invictus Games, part of the adaptive sports tournament Harry established in 2014 to support wounded, ill, and injured service members and veterans.

Reflecting on the experience, Harry shared, “Having my wife by my side is incredible. I’m so grateful she’s here supporting me—it’s such a crucial part of this journey.”
On Valentine’s Day, Meghan expressed her pride for Harry by sharing a black-and-white photo of them sharing a kiss.
“Back home with our little ones and missing my Valentine while he continues his incredible work at the Invictus Games, transforming lives and showing us the strength of healing and resilience through these extraordinary veterans and their families,” Meghan wrote.

“I’m beyond proud of my husband and everything he’s accomplished.
My love, I’ll share burgers & fries and fish & chips with you forever. Thank you for being you. #lovewins.”
