Travis Kelce will miss attending the Grammys with Taylor Swift as he focuses on preparing for the Super Bowl
Taylor Swift is up for six nominations at the 2025 Grammy Awards, set to take place in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 2.

However, her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, won’t be able to attend the event with her. The reason? The Super Bowl.
The 35-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end won’t be by Swift’s side at the Grammy ceremony since the Chiefs are scheduled to arrive in New Orleans before Swift even steps onto the red carpet.
The team, including quarterback Patrick Mahomes, is set to land at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport at 4 p.m. on Feb. 2, ahead of their big game against the Philadelphia Eagles at the Superdome on Feb. 9.

Swift, nominated in several prestigious categories including Song, Album, and Record of the Year, will still be attending the ceremony.
The Recording Academy confirmed her presence on Jan. 30, revealing she will also serve as a presenter at the event. The show is scheduled to take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
The Academy teased Swift’s involvement, sharing on social media, “Are you ready for it? @taylorswift13 is joining us this Sunday as a presenter at the 67th #GRAMMYs.”

Although it hasn’t been disclosed in which category she will present, Swift, who has earned 14 Grammys over the years, will no doubt make her mark at the show.
As Swift celebrates with music industry peers, the Chiefs are preparing for the Super Bowl.
If Kelce and Mahomes win on Feb. 9, they’ll make history with three consecutive Super Bowl victories.

Swift is expected to support Kelce in New Orleans, just as she did during their previous playoff wins.
After the Chiefs’ victory over the Bills in the AFC Championship on Jan. 26, Swift celebrated on the field with Kelce, expressing her pride and love. «I’m so proud of you,» she told him.
Kelce jokingly told Swift to «wait for two weeks» until the Super Bowl against the Eagles. «New Orleans, Louisiana, baby!» he said.
