Aguilera flaunts a denim and leather motorcycle jacket and matching trousers as she leaves New York
Christina Aguilera put on a stylish display while out in New York City on Friday.
For her daytime outing, the 42-year-old singer-songwriter looked edgy chic in a denim and leather motorcycle jacket adorned with silver hardware as well as the matching pants.
The Genie in a Bottle hitmaker — who will be headlining this year’s Pride Island event — sported a pair of chunky leather boots and was seen toting around a mini shoulder bag.
To shield her eyes from the sun, the Burlesque actress modeled a pair of blue-tinted wraparound visor shades.
The television personality further accessorized with a pair of silver hoop earrings and various statement rings.
In contrast with her dark and edgy ensemble, Aguilera styled her bright, platinum blonde tresses in loose and casual waves that cascaded around her shoulders and down her back.
The New York native looked glamorous in a monochromatic makeup look featuring a muted blush for a subtle flush as well as a deep mauve lip.
This outing comes before she is set to headline Pride Live’s Stonewall Day later on the same day.
On Sunday, the five-time Grammy winner will also take the main stage at this year’s Pride Island event at Brooklyn Army Terminal.
At the beginning of May, Aguilera expressed her excitement to Billboard over the opportunity to perform and celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community.
‘I couldn’t be more excited to headline NYC Pride’s iconic Pride Island,’ she said in a statement about the upcoming show.
‘I’m always ready to celebrate the strength and resilience of all the individual members of the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies by dedicating this performance to our combined power when we act and work in solidarity.’
Earlier this year, Aguilera was recognized and honored at the GLAAD Media Awards as the 2023 advocate for change and ‘through [her] work, has changed the game for LGBTQ people around the world’.
