Aniston shows off her physique in sheer skinny tracksuit as she works out from her new fitness partnership

Jennifer Aniston put her toned form on display on Tuesday, as she shared a behind-the-scenes video from her new fitness partnership with Pvolve.

The actress, 54, looked incredible as she worked up a sweat in a black workout bra and matching black leggings.

‘Making our new @pvolve campaign,’ she wrote on the clip, adding a bicep emoji and a film clapboard emoji.

Aniston was pictured using a number of Pvolve’s equipment throughout the video, including the Precision Mat ($99.99), the Slant Board ($94.99), the P.ball ($69.99), the P.band ($39.99), and Gliders ($29.99).

The Hollywood it girl partnered up with Pvolve’s founder Rachel Katzman in 2021, and began incorporating the low-impact movement and resistance-based equipment into her routine after hurting her back.

The clip started out with Aniston on the slant board, before she playfully shook her hips while working out with the P.band.

The star, who has been able to maintain her incredible size 2 shape even as she has settled into her 50s, then used the gliders while working out on the precision mat.

Towards the end of the video, after she had worked up a sweat, the blonde beauty was pictured laying down on the mat and relaxing.

Aniston also re-shared a video posted to Pvolve’s Instagram page.

The caption of the clip read, ‘We’re redefining strength. Strength that is all-encompassing, empowering, and enduring.

The kind that builds mind-body connection with physical and mental benefits… no matter where you’re at within your fitness journey. A strength that sets you free.’

Earlier in the day her new global ad-campaign A Strength that Sets You Free was unveiled.

It reveals how her partnership with Pvolve has changed her approach to fitness.

After spending years ‘breaking her body,’ Aniston finally found Pvolve. ‘With this program, you can start gentle,’ explained the star. ‘You can restore your body.’

She said it is an innovative method that she ‘instantly fell in love with.’

The star has also shared: ‘So proud to support our female founder and the beyond talented trainers. This is one of my favorite workouts… and I’m so grateful for the team and excited for what’s to come.’

Through low-impact movement and resistance-based equipment, Pvolve users achieve not only aesthetic results, mobility, and stability but also feel more confident and energized, she has said.
