She opted for a white cropped top that had fabric tied into a knot at the front to give a glimpse of her toned midriff and also slipped into a pair of blue shorts.
The star — who also revealed that she is a major Swiftie — additionally wore a pair of white socks and sneakers that were secured with laces.
Her blonde locks were pulled back away from her face and styled into a simple ponytail for her workout.

She also shard a photo of the pair that had been taken five years later in 2008 at the MTV Video Music Awards. Around that time, Taylor had released hits such as Love Story and You Belong With Me.
In the caption, Britney penned, ‘This is way back when but kinda cool … During my Oops Tour, I got a knock at my door.’
