Dua Lipa brushed off news that she’s been hit with a $20 million lawsuit to share a trio of sexy Instagram snaps on Thursday.
The singer, 27, flaunted her incredible figure in a skintight pink satin mini dress as she posed poolside while on holiday in Albania.
It comes after it was revealed that Dua is being sued for the use of a recording in her hit single Levitating, with producer Bosko believing he’s entitled to millions of dollars in profit.
Dua Lipa’s dress boasted a gorgeous pale pink metallic sheen with a plunging front and a daring mini skirt.
She kept her raven tresses slicked back as she posed next to the swimming pool for the snaps.
Poking fun at her recent role in the blockbuster hit Barbie, Dya captioned her post: ‘All I do is beach.’
Music producer Bosko Kante has taken legal action against the pop star, claiming she used a recording made with his talk box in remixes of her song Levitating.
The legal action was filed in Los Angeles on Monday with Kante believing he is entitled to more than $20m in profit from the success of Levitating.
According to Reuters, the action claims that Dua had permission to use the talk box on her original recording but not on any remixes.
It also alleges Dua used the recording again without permission on future releases including The Blessed Madonna remix and a performance she gave at the American Music Awards.
Kante says he created the ElectroSpit Talk Box, a device worn around the neck that can turn vocal vibrations into instrument-like noises.
Billboard reports that Kante’s lawyers say the producer has made ‘numerous attempts’ to resolve the claim, which they say is a ‘blatant infringement’ of his copyright.
His lawyers added that the producer took legal action because Dua showed ‘unwillingness to co-operate or accept responsibility’.
