Hillary Scott of Lady A is expecting her fourth child, a baby girl, with husband Chris Tyrrell, and she’s «dusting off that maternity bin.»
Hillary Scott and her husband Chris Tyrrell are thrilled to announce they’re expecting their fourth child, a baby girl, adding another daughter to their growing family.
The 38-year-old Lady A singer shared the joyful news on Instagram, posting a black-and-white photo featuring the wrists of her three daughters, Eisele Kaye, 11, and 7-year-old twins Emory JoAnn and Betsy Mack, each wearing «big sister» friendship bracelets.
She also included a snapshot of a clear bin labeled «Maternity,» signaling that she’ll be pulling it out once more for the new arrival.
«Chris, Eisele, Emory, Betsy, and I are beyond excited that this summer we’ll be welcoming the most precious little sister into our family,» Scott wrote in her caption.
«I’m dusting off that Maternity bin ONE more time. 😅.»
She added, «4 daughters. 🥰 We feel so blessed to have been entrusted with a house full of little ladies, and I couldn’t be happier that my husband is the absolute BEST girl dad!»
Scott also expressed gratitude for the journey ahead, asking for prayers for a safe and healthy pregnancy.
In 2018, Hillary Scott joyfully announced the arrival of her twin daughters on Instagram. “Our family is incredibly grateful and proud to share the birth of our beautiful baby girls.
Born early on January 29th, 2018, we can’t wait to share more about them soon,” she wrote, sharing a photo of two hospital beanies labeled “A” and “B.”
She also expressed thanks to those who had prayed for her family, adding, “Thank you, Lord, for healthy babies.”
Scott had first revealed in August that she and husband Chris Tyrrell were expecting twins, sharing a series of photos and a video of them telling their daughter Eisele that she would soon be a big sister to two.
“God has answered our many prayers! Our family is growing, and we’re excited to share our DOUBLE portion of joy with all of you!” she captioned the post.
In the same message, Scott candidly reflected on her previous pregnancy loss, stating,
“Because we’ve been open about our past journey, I want to be transparent that this pregnancy happened naturally. Neither Chris nor I have any family history of twins, so we’re deeply thankful for this special gift.”
