In a stylish snow-white sսit for a stroll across New York, Katie embodies the best of summer fashion
Despite being more than two weeks away from the official start of summer, Katie Holmes has been rolling out some of her favorite warm-weather pieces and ensembles since early spring.
And over the weekend the former Dawson’s Creek star was back at it again, with a couple more fashionable outfits that are not only stylish,
in the casual-cool department, but also comfortable even when the temperatures begin to reach the scorching level.
On Sunday, the actress stepped out onto the bustling streets of Manhattan, seemingly on an errand run, in loose-fitting, breathable pants with a high-water design, considering they fell to the bottom of her calves.
Going for an all-white summer look, she also donned a matching sweater, with the sleeves rolled up a bit, that also had a loose fit, along with a white purse over her right shoulder.
For contrast, the Batman Begins actress slipped on a pair of black loafers, as well as stylish dark sunglasses.
The glasses were not only a fashion accessory, they also came in handy to help block out some of the glaring sun on a day where the temperature rose close to nearly 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
The previous day, on Saturday, Holmes modeled another of her casual-cool ensemble that are also equally comfortable and summer-ready, consisting of beige cargo pants,
a light brown sweater worn on top of a white t-shirt, and black sneakers.
In recent days, she’s also been seen out in a short denim skirt with a loose-fitting beige-patterned blouse and brown clogs.
Another of her stylish, warm-weather outfits showed her giving more than a hint of her toned midriff in a fitted black button-up cardigan with white, low-hanging pants and clogs once again.
She also showed off her penchant for warm-weather fashion while attending the 76th Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France in May.
But even before heading overseas, Holmes appeared to get her jump on spring and summer fashion with her choices of outfit she wore on her personal time and for work-relayed outings.
