On Wednesday night, British Vogue took over Florence’s historic Piazzale Michelangelo for a one-off fashion event celebrating the iconic styles of the last 50 years.

The open-air show took place just as the sun went down offering magical light to the models walking the catwalk which included Julia Fox, Elsa Hosk and Tina Kunakey.

The models strutted down the runway wearing fashions ranging from the punk rock looks of the 1970s to the sportswear made popular in the 1980s to the minimalism of the 1990s and opulence of the 2000s.

Fox, 33, was a vision in a sleeveless red latex gown featuring a pouf at her hips and mock-turtleneck. The back of the dress was embellished with red feathers.

Kanye West’s ex’s makeup featured red eyes and a phoenix-like pattern across her forehead.

Fox also carried a small, matching red handbag and slipped her feet into black, sky-high, platform shoes that laced around her ankles.

Hosk, 34, is fresh off slaying the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival and she once again proved why she’s one of the world’s top models in Florence.

The blonde beauty wore a ruched, strapless, red minidress with a neckline that plunged to her navel.

The bodice of the dress featured two pieces of cloth that looked like vines and roses covering her breasts.

She paired the look with a pair of sheer black pantyhose and strappy black sandals.

The Swedish model topped her look off with a floor length, lush, black velvet coat which fell elegantly off of her shoulders.

Kunakey, 26, is still pretty fresh off her split from her husband Vincent Cassel, 56.

The French beauty hit the red carpet in a look that brought to mind a Vampire Queen.
