Selena Gomez has been serving up one stunning look after another, and she wrapped up her awards season run with an unforgettable appearance at the 2025 Oscars.

The Emilia Pérez star, whose film is nominated for Best Picture among 13 total nominations, made her debut on the Oscars red carpet in a show-stopping ensemble.

This marked her first time attending the prestigious event, and she certainly made an impression.

Presenting on the night, Gomez wore a custom Ralph Lauren evening gown that was both visually stunning and a technical masterpiece, crafted by the hands of 12 skilled artisans.

The dress was adorned with intricate hand-embroidered details, Rosemont crystals sewn by hand, and more than 16,000 «drops of glass» embellishments.

The ombré pink effect was expertly airbrushed to create depth and dimension.

The gown also featured off-the-shoulder straps, which elegantly framed her neckline, allowing her dazzling necklace and drop earrings to stand out.

According to E!’s red carpet coverage, Gomez and her stylist Erin Walsh drew inspiration from classic Hollywood, particularly from Sophia Loren, whose own tailor worked on Gomez’s stunning look.

The old Hollywood vibe was fully realized in Gomez’s glam, complete with a soft peachy nude lip (from Rare Beauty) and a chic, wavy bob.

Gomez was accompanied by her fiancé, Benny Blanco, who also embraced a retro style with an embellished top coat and a white suit.

Throughout the awards season, Gomez has teamed up with stylist Erin Walsh to deliver one unforgettable fashion moment after another.

Her journey began at the 2025 Golden Globes, where she wore a custom powder blue Prada gown with delicate off-the-shoulder knots and a sash draped over her arm.

Sparkling in a Tiffany & Co. diamond necklace and stud earrings, Gomez was nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role, marking her first appearance after announcing her engagement to Blanco in December 2024.

The proposal included a marquise diamond ring that was a nod to her 2015 hit, «Good for You.»

In a recent interview the couple revealed some of the wedding traditions they plan to incorporate, including the hora dance, a celebratory Jewish ritual.

“Of course we will,” Blanco said when asked about it.

Though Blanco attended the Globes, he skipped the red carpet, opting instead for an all-white ensemble seen inside the event.

Gomez then traveled solo to the BAFTA Awards in London, where she switched up her look with a custom Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown featuring an embellished bodice and velvet sleeves.

The design house also made an appearance in her Emilia Pérez press tour wardrobe with a sleeveless black dress featuring a keyhole cutout.
