She was photographed standing in the center of her hotel room with her hair totally obscuring her face.
In a different photo, Shayk stood on a couch while accentuating her eyes with a vivid green hue that complemented her bikini.
The runway regular wore jet-black running shoes to contrast the color of her swimsuit, and her long brunette hair fell over her shoulders and chest.
