Amanda decided to refuse to wear a brа and tried on a tight green dress without it

As they departed Heart FM on Monday, Amanda Holden and Ashley Roberts flaunted their spring fashion.

Judge Amanda, 51, of Britain’s Got Talent, in an all-green ensemble while walking across Leicester Square in London’s nude stiletto heels.

In a vividly colored midi dress with white embellishments and a keyhole neckline that she paired with a dark green coat, the mother of two drew attention.

Ashley, a 41-year-old Pussycat Doll, wore a beige oversized sweater with a stunning leather wrap skirt and knee-high boots.

In her brown skirt, which revealed a peek of her toned thigh, the American singer looked effortlessly chic.

In a recent interview, Amanda disclosed her beauty secrets and declared her aim to «flaunt it,» insisting that she is «not a slave» to her fitness regimen.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge acknowledged that she «loves food too much» but still follows her schedule out of «own discipline and dignity.»

She is well-known for having an amazing physique, but she has also stirred up lots of controversy and had Ofcom complaints in the past for wearing provocative clothing on television.

Amanda, however, is adamant that she will not «fade into the background» like the generation of her grandmother, choosing to «flaunt it» for as long as she can.

The TV personality revealed the information when chatting with The Times about how a «school-gate mum» accomplishes and keeps up her beautiful looks.

In her discussion of her comprehensive fitness routine, Amanda revealed that she practices Kundalini yoga, a «Viking workout regimen,» and runs three to four kilometers every week.

Despite her seemingly rigorous fitness regimen, she emphasized that she doesn’t exercise because she «feels like she has to» and stressed the significance of balance.

I enjoy food too much to be a slave to any exercise or beauty regimen. I have a drink and eat cheese and butter.

But I made a deal with myself that I would run for my red wine in the winter and for my rosé wine in the summer.

She told the publication, «And I don’t do it because I feel like I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity.»

It’s all downhill from your 20s, Amanda said in jest, but she also said that, like Cher, you can ‘turn back time’ with the right diet and exercise.

I come from a generation of women who will continue to flaunt their assets for as long as possible rather than [fade into the background].

I will most definitely do that; even if they start to droop to the ground, I’ll pick them back up again, she laughed.
