Amanda Holden’s daughter was hօspitаlized due to illոеss
Lexi, the daughter of Amanda Holden, was hospitalized due to a potentially fatal disease.
Lexi, 18, became ill with E. coli and was hospitalized; she was among the first victims of the most recent outbreak.
For five days, she remained in a ward accompanied by her mother Amanda and father Chris, who is Amanda’s spouse.
She had been complaining for a few weeks, during her A Level exams, of stomach cramps and bloating. The family initially thought it was tested stress, but they soon discovered it was much worse.
According to Amanda’s statement to The Sun, «I was filming in Spain when I started receiving calls from different government agencies
because we had to fill out forms regarding what and where she might have eaten, what kind of food we had in the house, etc.
However, we still had no idea what this object might be or where it had originated from. The cultures revealed that the bacteria was VTEC E.
Coli, a very dangerous form that is quite uncommon in humans. We were unable to determine how it had occurred because there had been no news coverage of it up to this point.»
Lexi’s symptoms were becoming worse, the drugs were not helping, and after several rounds of testing, no one knew where she had caught it.
«I don’t want to alarm you Amanda, but Lexi’s bloods and everything else are through the roof,» the doctor called as Amanda was returning home one day with her youngest, Hollie, in the car with her.
She is at risk of developing sepsis, therefore you must make sure her temperature doesn’t climb.
The TV personality spent the entire day with her in the hospital, with her husband Chris taking over later.
Even though Amanda was sleeping for only two hours per night at the time, she didn’t care because all she wanted was for Lexi to get better.
