Britney Spears gave another update on her foot after she injured herself at Château Marmont.

The Toxic singer took to her Instagram on Friday to let fans know how her recovery is coming along after she left them concerned following the tumultuous visit to the iconic hotel with boyfriend Paul Soliz.

‘Just last week can you believe it !!! How is it already better ??? Well I was stubborn and did it my way !!! I didn’t listen to a soul !!,’ the star wrote alongside a clip of her bruised and swollen foot.

‘I even wore heels at night and danced with the saints!’ she continued. ‘I went into the ocean at 3:00 in the morning naked every night in Mexico.’

Britney continued to recount her beach retreat, opting not to delve into any additional specifics regarding her foot injury.

‘I drank expensive wine and sang in my outside shower !!! I did 12 videos in Mexico with my favorite new dresses !!! I finally told someone to their face for the first time, you’ !!!,’ she wrote.

She concluded her post: ‘I got nasty and put oil all over my body and shot in a swimsuit, but I never posted it !!! I learned to look up a little bit more !!! I had weird dreams of church walls !!! I got a cold and I left’

The hitmaker seemed to be doing better after injuring her ankle earlier this month, which sources later told DailyMail.com happened while she was doing cartwheels outside of her hotel room.

Insiders revealed to that Britney had a massive panic attack and ‘flipped out’ at the Château Marmont over fears that her own mother called the paramedics on her,

just minutes after, she insisted she was mentally fine but had badly injured her ankle.

The singer sparked fears that she was spiraling into a mental breakdown when she was pictured wearing nothing but a blanket

and underwear while clutching a pillow as she was escorted out of the celebrity hotspot by paramedics in the early hours of last Thursday.
