Britney Spears showcased her fit frame while sporting a stylish swimsuit during a relaxing pool day in a video uploaded to her Instagram page on Friday.
The Baby One More Time hitmaker, 42 — whose ex-husband Sam Asghari said he’s ‘never going to talk badly’ about the pop star after the split — could be seen laying on a lounge chair as the bright sun shone down on her.
In the caption of the post, the star compared herself to actress Katie Holmes by penning, ‘My first high-waisted bathing suit… Feeling very Katie Holmes today!!! PS sun’s out, buns out !!!’
Throughout the course of the short clip, Beyoncé’s country track, Texas Hold ‘Em, played in the background.
Spears flaunted her toned figure in a hot pink bikini top as well as matching, high-waisted bottoms.
Her blonde locks were parted to the side and flowed down naturally in light waves past her shoulders.
In another portion of the reel, the performer also added a tan hat with pink and green-striped details on top of her head.
Britney wore a beaded bracelet onto her wrist, while also wearing a pair of fashionable shades to protect her eyes from the sun.
A small water bottle was placed next to the Toxic singer on the lounge chair so she could stay hydrated during the day.
At one point, she panned the camera away to show the scenic view of the pool, as well as the clear blue sky and mountains in the distance.
Her latest post comes shortly after her ex-husband, Sam Asghari, told People during an interview earlier last week that he’s ‘never going to talk badly’ about Spears.
The former couple initially tied the knot in June 2022 among other celebrity guests, such as Paris Hilton, but split when Asghari filed for divorce in August 2023.
‘It was a blessing to be able to share life with someone for a long time. And people grow apart and people move on,’ the actor informed the outlet — shortly before his 30th birthday, which took place on March 3.
