Emma Stone սոdrеssеs for a scene in a brоtհеl, and her co-star сriticized disgrսntled fans

Emma Stone has been branded “ultra horny” in her saucy new flick Poor Things – in which her character Bella Baxter romps with a female sex worker in a brothel scene.

The upcoming movie, starring Emma as Bella and Mark Ruffalo as lawyer Duncan Wedderburn, sees Bella resurrected from the dead after she took her own life.

In a Frankenstein-esque twist, the brain of her unborn child is implanted into her head to bring her back to life, and she embarks on a journey of self-discovery.

By now, fans will know all about the raciest scenes in the movie, which see Bella using an apple as a sex toy and embarking in some “furious jumping” with Duncan, and even saucing things up in a brothel with a female sex worker.

At one point in the movie, Bella finds herself working at a brothel owned by the eccentric Madame Swiney, agreeing to accommodate any customer she’s given.

But she also needs to be in constant control – and won’t be coerced into anything.

The film has been branded “ultra horny” by critics, with Emma explaining that the movie helped her to let go of internalised shame.

She said: “Shame was a hell of a drug for me. I think maybe because of where I was raised, I was raised Lutheran and there was an aspect of right and wrong.

“I internalised, just societally, a lot of things that I felt guilty about or ashamed of. The past few years of my life — and Bella is no small part of that — has been questioning why I believe those things.”

Emma added: “Sex is one aspect of Bella’s experiencing of everything, because there’s travel, there’s dance, there’s food, there’s politics, there’s the concept of money.

But with sex, with the discovery of pleasure, I think it’s purely pleasure at the beginning and then it evolves.”
