Following her denial of the Оzempic wеight lоss, Кyle flaսnts her wаshboard abs.
In her most recent Instagram Story snapshot, 54-year-old Kyle Richards flaunts her toned abs. On Monday, Jan. 30, the gorgeous Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took a mirror selfie while working out in the gym.
She looked amazing in black and orange training leggings and a long-sleeved gray athletic shirt, which she pushed up to show off her rock-solid abs. She had just finished or was about to start a cardio exercise prescribed by fitness expert Cory Gregory, according to the text in her Story.
In order to encourage others to exercise like a housewife, Cory later reposted the photo to his own Story and offered the link to the program.
Recently, Kyle has undoubtedly felt good about her appearance, as she should. She recently took a break from the Mexican vacation she went with Teddi Mellencamp, another cast member, and others to publish a seductive photo of herself lounging poolside.
Her toned body was on full display in a seductive double-layered bikini from SAME, as seen below. She appeared entirely at ease and the sun’s rays made her skin sparkle. She captioned the image, «Calm before the storm,» which seemed to imply that RHOBH filming would start shortly.
The author of Life Is Not a Reality Show recently came under criticism for allegedly utilizing the Type 2 diabetes drug Ozempic to reduce body weight. Nevertheless, she addressed the rumors during her Amazon Live appearance on January 19 and refuted them. «I work my abs out for a very long time using the Peloton.
Now I’m lifting weights. I used to lift light weights, but now I’m lifting heavier weights. Then, depending on the weather, I’ll either run outside or on a treadmill, she said of her exercise regimen.
Kyle claimed that she entirely altered her diet in addition to exercising frequently to aid in weight loss. I don’t use Ozempic or that other one that starts with an M, like I indicated, she added.
«After a month spent traveling in Europe, I altered my dietary habits. I had put on weight while we were in Europe for three weeks, followed by a week in Australia, and I thought that was it. No alcohol, no carbs, please.
On last week’s episode of the Two Ts in a Pod podcast, she reiterated her assertion and denied getting a belly tuck despite wanting one. «My breasts were reduced. I wanted a belly tuck because of the extra skin after having four babies; if it isn’t removed, no matter how hard you work out, you will always have that skin, she added.
