On Sunday, March 2, Hailey Bieber, the founder of Rhode, graced the Vanity Fair Oscar Party at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, California, showcasing a glamorous look.
The 28-year-old wowed attendees in a strapless black silk Saint Laurent gown, featuring two large bows from the brand’s 1987 couture collection.
Attending the event solo without her husband, Justin Bieber, Hailey styled her glossy brunette locks in soft waves and kept her makeup understated, channeling the timeless elegance of Hollywood’s golden era.
To complete the look, she wore stunning diamond earrings.
Hailey’s hairstylist, Bryce Scarlett, used Nexxus products to create her sleek and shiny hair, drawing inspiration from the ultra-feminine gown.
«We always let the dress guide the glam, ensuring everything is balanced and complementary,» Scarlett shared.
To achieve the modern waves, Scarlett relied on three key Nexxus products: Volume Medium Hold Mousse, Repair & Nourish Ultra Lightweight Hair Oil, and Comb Thru Flexible Hold Hairspray.
Starting with the mousse applied from root to tip on damp hair, he used a round brush to add volume.
After drying, Scarlett curled Hailey’s hair with a 1.5-inch barrel iron, creating soft, romantic waves.
He finished the look with the oil for added shine and the hairspray for hold.
«Hailey loves to keep things modern, chic, and simple, so we aimed to emphasize that glassy shine tonight,» he explained.
Hailey’s appearance at the Vanity Fair event came just a day after her husband Justin celebrated his 31st birthday on March 1.
The couple, who share their 6-month-old son Jack Blues, marked the occasion with heartfelt tributes on Instagram.
Hailey shared a sweet photo of the two embracing, while Justin posted a rare glimpse into their life as parents, with a picture of him proudly holding Jack as they both gazed adoringly at their son.
At last year’s Saint Laurent pre-Oscar party, Hailey sported a bold all-black power suit with a plunging neckline, paired with dark red pointed heels and loose waves styled with a center part.
