In a rare red carpet co-op, Aguilera dazzles in a translucent outfit as she goes clօse to her fiance
On April 15, Christina Aguilera, 42, and her fiance, 38-year-old Matthew Rutler, attended a red carpet event.
The «Genie In A Bottle» singer attended the 9th Annual Breakthrough Prize Ceremony at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles wearing a sheer black dress and a black trench coat.
Christina coordinated with her charming partner, who was dressed in a black suit and tie.
The normally reclusive pair posed together for their rare red carpet appearance as Matthew encircled Christina in his arms.
On the red carpet, Christina took pictures by herself and with her future husband. The Grammy Award winner looked stunning in black eyeshadow and dark lipstick while sporting her trademark blonde hair in a stylish updo.
She adorned her look with silver jewelry, including a necklace, a couple rings, and a pair of hoop earrings. Christina displayed her stunning outfit on the carpet while holding a teeny, tiny black pocketbook.
It was a pleasant surprise to see Christina and Matthew arrive at the Breakthrough Prize Ceremony together since they hardly ever appear on a red carpet together.
The two met while working on the Burlesque set in 2010 and have been dating ever since. While Matthew worked behind the scenes in production, Christina took the lead.
They welcomed a daughter, Summer Rain Rutler, later that year after he proposed on Valentine’s Day of that year.
Although Christina and her partner haven’t yet tied the knot and haven’t recently made any wedding-related announcements, they recently celebrated both of their birthdays.
To commemorate Christina’s 42nd birthday, the two traveled to Vietnam in December.
And at the start of April, Christina shared a video montage with images of the couple in honor of Matthew’s 38th birthday.
