Jennifer Aniston fans were reminded of Jane Fonda after her latest photoshoot for a fitness magazine

On Friday, Jennifer Aniston’s latest images for her partnership with Pvolve were made public.

The 55-year-old siren, who looks to be in great condition, sparked a flurry of comparisons on Instagram.

Many others claimed that the pictures made them think of Jane Fonda from the 1980s, although Aniston was wearing jet back instead of vibrant colors.

The Friends veteran was even referred to as «Jennifer Fonda» by one fan.

Fonda, 86, rose to prominence as the leading fitness expert of the 1980s by urging women to work out in their living rooms using films on VCRs, which were brand-new at the time.

Aniston, who appeared to have recently gotten a tan in Malibu, showed off her extremely strong arms while modeling a skimpy black bodysuit.

A behind-the-scenes video of the size 0 fitness fanatic being recorded during a Pvolve exercise was also posted.

At one point, what appeared to be a huge, long-nosed fan that resembled a vacuum cleaner nozzle was used to cool the perspiring Friends actor.

This comes after she disclosed that she follows the popular 16:8 Diet, which entails intermittent fasting.

According to Jennifer, she uses Pvolve five days a week.

She participates in 10- to 20-minute Pvolve courses in addition to her rigorous aerobic fitness regimen.

According to her, Pvolve is a science-based training approach that blends resistance-based equipment with low-impact functional fitness.

This is how she maintains her claimed weight of 117 pounds at 5’5″.

The Emmy winner discussed in an interview with InStyle how she has abused her body over the past 15 years to achieve the Hollywood ideal, but it has cost her dearly.

Speaking about her partnership with the fitness company Pvolve, she stated that her perspective on health has changed.

This indicates that she no longer performs «too repetitive» activities, such as spending hours on a StairMaster.

It might be intimidating to be in a mentality that says, «I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won’t get a good workout,» she told the website. For a long time, I thought it was true. I simply shattered my body and burned out.

She worked out too hard at times. And it has to be pointed out by a therapist. «A Barbie doll covered in Kinesio tape was given to me by my physical therapist,» she revealed.

«Until you understand that all of that tape is meant «to represent every ailment I’ve had in the previous 15 years,» it’s just a silly mental image.»

How she creates the ideal atmosphere for working out: «I much prefer working out with friends,» she said.

Just working out on your own, huh? You may enjoy yourself if you have some decent music playing, but I want to be led. It’s too simple for me to perform tasks incorrectly.

It turns out that she listens to hip-hop music while working out.

I have a hard time picking favorites. So many! Right now, I’m very into Lizzo, I adore Rihanna, and I’m a huge fan of classic ’90s hip-hop.’

After suffering a back injury two years prior, the Hollywood it girl began exercising with the program.
