The Friends actress, 54, departed the accommodation with her entourage while donning a white dress and a cream sheer cardigan.

Jennifer kept the outfit simple but glam by accessorizing with a number of gold chain necklaces.

The actress chose a natural makeup look and styled her trademark blonde hair in a free, straight way.

Her appearance follows an interview in which she discussed her exercise routine and how she takes care of herself when she hasn’t slept well.

She practices meditation, exercise, and drinking a lot of water both in the morning and at night, but she relaxes if she had a restless night.

The Morning Show actor told InStyle, «I don’t push myself so hard [during a workout] since that will lead to an injury when your body and your brain aren’t totally rested.

I simply try to be as helpful as I can and do whatever I can to guarantee a nice night’s sleep. Sleep is a remarkable thing. It’s lovely, she said.

Aniston partnered with the Seize the Night & Day initiative, which offers community support and services for people having sleep issues, to educate others about and help them manage with insomnia.
