Jennifer Lopez moves Ben’s engagement ring to her right hand
It seems that Jennifer Lopez has moved Ben Affleck’s engagement ring around.
Lopez, 55, was spotted in New York City on Thursday, August 1, at a Cat: The Jellicle Ball performance. On her right hand was the green engagement ring that 51-year-old Affleck gave her in April 2022. During the occasion, the
Atlas star did not seem to be wearing her wedding band. Even though she and Affleck spend the summer on different coasts, they have both been spotted wearing their rings as recently as July 5.
Lopez went on her outing while she is still visiting the Hamptons and New York City. Affleck, on the other hand, spent Lopez’s birthday and the Fourth of July mostly in Los Angeles.
On July 24, he also completed the acquisition of a new house in Los Angeles, coinciding with Lopez’s birthday.
It appears that Affleck and Lopez last spent time together on June 26, as they were seen leaving a building where they both have offices in West Hollywood and being photographed separately.
«Although her summer isn’t quite going as she had hoped, she’s still trying to enjoy herself. Lopez’s family time is always appreciated, a source told PEOPLE on July 23.
She enjoyed spending the weekend with her loved ones. She had a great time during her birthday party and likes to entertain. She was joyful at the time.»
PEOPLE were originally notified in May by a number of sources that Affleck and Lopez were going through marital difficulties and had started living apart in Los Angeles.
Both Lopez and Affleck have refrained from publicly discussing their marital status; nevertheless, in June, a source revealed to PEOPLE that they «don’t have any summer plans together» and are «focused on their separate lives.»
Nevertheless, in recent weeks, Lopez has spent time with Affleck’s eighteen-year-old daughter Violet.
Shortly before Lopez and Affleck’s second wedding anniversary, on July 14, the couple was spotted spending quality time together in the Hamptons.
