Over the top, Julia added a large white pom-pom that covered her torso, shoulders and chest.
Her outfit also featured long white sleeves and fluffy pom-pom cuffs as she clutched a white handbag, which was made out of a white landline phone receiver.
Fox flashed some flesh on her tanned legs with knee-high white stockings and a pair of white pointed stilettos.
In her other hand, the actress held a bizarre white ornament made of wire and fabric.
For the show-stopping ensemble, Julia wore her long, newly-dyed blonde hair in loose curls, while the top half was worn in tight coils piled high on her head.
She kept makeup minimal to exaggerate her unique features, but one striking addition was her freshly bleach brows.
The white hairs drew attention to her eyes as she posed for the New York Fashion Week photographers in the street.
