Being able to pass for a supermodel requires a lot of effort. On Monday, Kendall Jenner demonstrated this (Mar. 6).

When Kim Kardashian’s 27-year-old younger sister Kendall visited a gym, trainer Louis Chandler-Joseph photographed her using the pull-up bar.

Someone has been hitting their pull-ups, Chandler-Joseph wrote in the caption of Kendall’s video.

The Kardashians star supported herself on an exercise band in the video, which Kendall reposted to her Instagram Stories, as she exercised her biceps, triceps, and shoulders. She appeared upset.

Days prior to Kendall’s video, Kim, 42, performed a comparable exercise with Kelly Rowland, Senada Greca, the creator of ZENTOA sportswear, and her personal trainer.

Nothing keeps you motivated like working out with pals, wrote Kim alongside the Destiny’s Child singer in a photo description.

Kim also uploaded a video of herself performing pull-ups while having her feet fastened to the weight/pulley system of the contraption.

She dubbed it «Flip Flop Workout!» and warned followers not to «judge» her for her choice of footwear.

Towards the end of February, Kendall received this kind of «judgment» after she leapt onto what looked like a hotel bed while wearing a one-legged jumpsuit.

She used the Instagram video to announce that the clothing brand Alaa was now offered on the FWRD online store.

With a glass of wine in her hand and the trendy jumpsuit on, Kendall was left bouncing for delight as she bounced up and down on the bed.

She also uploaded a clip of herself posing on a bed in the identical one-legged wool blend jumpsuit from Ala’a. One comment said, «Perhaps the most absurd dress I have seen in a while,» and another.

Kendall reportedly claimed to perform an 11-minute at-home ab workout to stay in shape on her now-defunct website and app.

She reportedly wrote, «I should be doing crunches and sit-ups right now, when I’m watching TV,» according to Byrdie. «Then I get up and carry it out.»

The exercise consists of forearm planks for 30 seconds, side planks for 15 seconds, bicycle crunches for 30 seconds, and more.
