On Thursday, Jennifer Lopez posted a brand-new picture to her JLo Beauty Instagram page.

The 53-year-old actress was lying on her stomach with her highlighted hair streaming down her naked back, wearing nothing but a pair of white underpants.

The Bronx native, who this week revealed the name of her alter ego, was toned, and her skin had a soft sheen.

However, the caption didn’t mention her amazing body. Instead, it emphasized being kind to yourself.

We want to remind you how vital it is to take time for self-care because it is #NationalStressAwarenessMonth. The note read, «Dedicated time for you each and every day helps with your mental health and general well-being.»

There was a list of Lopez’s five stress-relieving techniques.

She takes good care of her skin, works out frequently, spends time with her loved ones, follows a healthy diet, and engages in creative activities.
