The presenter, 28, was celebrating a pal’s 26th birthday and headed home from the bash in the early hours.
Keeping comfortable for the appearance, she donned a pair of blue joggers with a matching hoodie.
With a tie-dye print and oversized fit, the lounge two-piece was teamed with a pair of white crew socks and beige sliders.
When she left the hotspot for the A-list in west London, Maya walked with a huge black handbag bag slung over one arm.
She added a complete yet beautiful makeup look while braiding her raven hair into two french braids.
The host was commemorating her friend’s 26th birthday, AxiiLLz, who has 12.9K Instagram followers.
She captured several videos while she and a group of others sat around a table and enjoyed beverages; everyone seemed to be in good spirits for the occasion.
With a series of jaw-dropping outfits to host the show over the past eight weeks, she has raised the temperature, attracting just as much attention as the contestants.
Maya has also been traveling a lot because she has been a popular celebrity while hosting the dating show.
The stunning single woman just got back from Paris, where she attended the fashion week there and saw the presentations and collections.
She was even seen partying with Leonardo DiCaprio when she was there, which fueled relationship rumors since they had already gone out together a few weeks earlier.
She and the actor were first seen out together last month while he was in London for the BAFTAs and Fashion Week.
Leo and the new Love Island presenter were both there at Taron Egerton, Jamie Foxx, Neelam Gill, and other celebrities at the actor’s pre-BAFTAs party at Chiltern Firehouse.
Leo departed the same location at 3.30am, a few minutes after Maya left, and made an effort to blend in by lowering his head and wearing a face mask.
The BAFTA afterparty at Annabel’s members’ club, which was hosted by British Vogue and Tiffany & Co., was then attended by both of them the following night.
Early on Monday morning, Leonardo was observed leaving the same after-party at Annabel’s through the back entrance.
