Pamela Anderson admitted that she planned to become a nun, but fate chose a different path for her

Pamela Anderson may not immediately come to mind when you hear the word habits or church,

but the actress recently admitted that she had considered adopting a more religious lifestyle long before she even dreamed of becoming a famous actress.

During a recent interview on Drew Barrymore’s talk program, Pamela, 55, disclosed that she had once intended to become a nun.

Pamela said that as a young child, she had originally fantasized of living a lot more calm life as opposed to the beach on Baywatch or the Playboy Mansion.

«I desired to work as a nun or librarian. And I sort of went in a different direction. I’m not sure what happened, she said to Drew, according to DailyMail.

I truly wanted to be a librarian and attended story time every day at the library. Then I decided I really wanted to be a nun.

Pam admitted that even though she didn’t end up becoming a nun, she still practices religion on a daily basis. She explained,

«I have my prayers that I say in the morning. I have to do my routine — my Hail Marys, my little thing with my little Mary sculpture.

Pam mentioned performing a «empowering» practice in which she attempted to connect with her inner child by plastering pictures of herself as a youngster everywhere she could.

When did I become normal? I need to go back to that five-year-old kid before strange things started happening to me.
