Selena Gomez is moved by a couple who met through her fan community and expresses her desire to attend their wedding.

Selena Gomez was deeply moved when she learned she played a pivotal role in the relationship of two of her fans.

During an event in London on February 18, where she and fiancé Benny Blanco promoted their new collaborative album I Said I Love You First, Selena met many fans, including a couple who shared their touching story of how they met through her fan community.

The couple, who have been together for two years, told Gomez about the significance of their connection, leading the singer to request an invitation to their future wedding.

Daniel, one of the fans, posted a TikTok of the special moment, where he introduced his partner to the Hands to Myself singer.

In the caption, Daniel explained how he came out to Gomez five years ago and how he met his partner through «stan Twitter» as fellow fans of hers.

He also noted that the moment marked their two-year anniversary, with Selena expressing her desire to be invited to their wedding.

In the video, Gomez responds with a heartfelt, «Oh my gosh, you guys. I feel so touched,» placing her hand over her heart. She laughs and adds, «I better be invited to the wedding.»

The couple may even find their wedding song in Gomez and Blanco’s album, which was announced last week with the release of the single Scared of Loving You.

In a recent interview with *Interview* magazine, Gomez reflected on the process of creating music with her fiancé, sharing that she never felt pressured working alongside him.

«I was maybe just nervous at the beginning, and then slowly but surely it was happening,» she said.

«It fell into place with a lot of hard work and love.»

Gomez also praised Blanco for his support during the process.

«The best part is the fact that he listened to me,» she revealed, admitting that speaking up can sometimes be difficult for her.

«Most of my anxiety right now is wanting him to speak because I feel like he’s more talented than I am in this field.»

She added that collaborating with him felt like working with a great filmmaker, emphasizing that whether they were together or not, Blanco would have always listened to her ideas.

«He was able to transcribe it into music, into what the feeling of what I was talking about should be,» Gomez said.

«This album definitely feels just as much mine as it does his.»
