Spears blames mom Lynne for hotel incident, showing off swollen ankle
Britney Spears claims her mother Lynne Spears was involved in her recent injury as she showed fans her swollen twisted ankle.
On Wednesday evening (May 1), Britney, 42, allegedly got into a fight with her boyfriend Paul Soliz at the Château Marmont in the heart of Los Angeles, California, according to TMZ.
Officers arrived at the scene around 10.30pm, but swiftly left due to no signs of trouble.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Fire Department has confirmed that emergency services were dispatched to Britney’s hotel at 12.42am.
They responded to reports that a woman had been injured and confirmed that an ambulance arrived at the scene, but they did not take anyone to hospital.
On Thursday morning (May 2), the Daily Mail reported that the Toxic hitmaker was escorted out of the hotel. She was snapped being escorted away from the hotel without any shoes on her feet and appearing disheveled.
Britney used a cushion to maintain her modesty as a security guard guided her to an ambulance. Now, the pop princess has claimed that her mother was involved in the incident in a lengthy Instagram post.
Giving fans a closer look at her injured foot, she revealed she sustained the injury by doing a “leap” in her hotel room. She captioned the post: “I know my mom was involved!!!
“I haven’t talked to her in 6 months, and she called right after it happened before the news being out!!! I was set up just like she did way back when!!!
“I wish I had grandparents!!! I can’t stand her!!! I honestly don’t care, I will say it thumbs up emoji, shrugging emoji !!!
