For the first performance of her much anticipated Eras Tour on Friday in Glendale, Arizona, Taylor Swift, 33, dazzled the excited crowd and donned some incredible ensembles, including a bodysuit made of pastel-colored sequins.

The gifted performer began the evening with a number of songs from her 2019 album Lover while sporting her preferred eye-catching custom Versace ensemble.

She strolled confidently onto the stage at State Farm Stadium wearing it with glittering silver heeled boots over shiny nude-colored tights and her long blonde hair down.

Along with sporting her trademark dark red lipstick, Taylor sang such classics as «Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince,» «Cruel Summer,» and the Lover album’s title tune.

During an almost nonstop three hours, many supporters posted videos and pictures from the momentous night on Twitter and other social media platforms.

Taylor changed into a variety of outfits, including T-shirts and shorts, a black and red sequin snake leotard, and even a sparkly ballgown, to make sure she looked the part of each record she represented on stage.

Taylor highlighted a number of her other notable albums while performing, in addition to Lover, including Fearless, Evermore, Reputation, Red, Folklore, 1989,

and her most recent album, Midnights. She also performed «Enchanted» and «Tim McGraw» from her self-titled debut album and Speak Now.

One of the night’s most memorable moments was when the singer-songwriter passionately sang the complete 10-minute rendition of her fan-favorite song, «All Too Well,» using only an acoustic guitar.

Fans were pleased to hear and see the performances of the songs from the smash album because Taylor’s Lover tour was postponed in 2020 owing to the COVID outbreak.

Due to the fact that it was also the first time those songs—which were released in 2020—were played on tour,

Folklore and Evermore were met with a favorable response. «44 songs, three hours plus, and all ten eras» One fan tweeted, «Welcome to the Eras Tour!» following the performance, while another commented,

«Just a girl who’s going to finally hear Lover songs live at #GlendaleTSTheErasTour» in the days leading up to the event.

On Saturday night, Taylor is scheduled to perform at the same stadium once more.

Although it’s unknown whether her outfits and set selection will be exactly the same as the first performance of the tour, fans are eager to find out.
