Aaron Rodgers opens up about his romantic history, admitting that he «didn’t do himself any favors» with some of the women he dated

The controversial NFL star, Aaron Rodgers, previously dated actress Olivia Munn, retired NASCAR driver Danica Patrick, and had a brief engagement with Shailene Woodley that ended in 2022.
In his new Netflix docuseries, Aaron Rodgers: Enigma, the quarterback reflects on how fame has impacted his life, acknowledging that the women he dated throughout his career contributed to his public image.

A source revealed that the three-part docuseries, which begins streaming today, primarily focuses on Rodgers’ career trajectory and his recent controversies, including his misleading statements about vaccines and promotion of conspiracy theories.

In the second episode of the series, Aaron Rodgers, 41, reveals he «hated» the fame that followed his Super Bowl win in 2010, State Farm commercials, and first NFL MVP in 2011.

Rodgers criticizes the common belief that athletes sign up for the off-field attention, saying, «I never signed up for that. I signed up for football because I love the game.» He adds, «There’s a lot of great stuff, but also a lot of f—ing weird stuff» that comes with fame.

He also reflects on the paparazzi and admits that his high-profile relationships with women like Olivia Munn, Danica Patrick, and Shailene Woodley didn’t help his situation.

Aaron Rodgers admits he «hated» fame at first, saying, «I enjoyed my private life,» but the attention from Super Bowl MVP, MVP, and State Farm commercials made it harder.

He dated Olivia Munn from 2014 to 2017, Danica Patrick from 2018 to 2020, and got engaged to Shailene Woodley in 2021 before calling off the engagement the following year.

Woodley recently spoke about their breakup, telling Outside magazine, «It was not right, but it was beautiful.»

All episodes of Aaron Rodgers: Enigma are now streaming on Netflix.
