Emily Baldoni, wife of Justin Baldoni, has broken her silence amid his ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively, choosing to send him a heartfelt birthday message

Emily Baldoni, wife of Justin Baldoni, publicly broke her silence amidst the ongoing legal drama between Justin and Blake Lively, wishing her husband a heartfelt birthday message.

The *It Ends With Us* director and actor celebrated turning 41 on January 24, and Emily, 40, shared a touching tribute to him on Instagram, posting a family photo with the caption:

«Happy birthday my love. Celebrating the man, husband, and father that you are. I’d choose you again and again.»

Recently, Justin has been vacationing with Emily and their two children, Maiya, 9, and Maxwell, 7, in Hawaii.

This break comes amid his legal battle with actress Blake Lively, who in December filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment and creating a retaliatory smear campaign.

In response, Justin’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, vehemently denied the allegations, calling them «false» and «outrageous.»

Lively claims to have suffered significant emotional distress, alleging that Justin’s actions were «invasive, unwelcome, unprofessional, and sexually inappropriate.»

In retaliation, Baldoni filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist, accusing them of defamation and extortion. Lively’s legal team has dismissed Baldoni’s lawsuit as «meritless» and an attempt to discredit her.

After the lawsuits surfaced, Baldoni appeared at Los Angeles International Airport on January 17, where he expressed gratitude for his family, friends, and faith when asked about the situation.

Meanwhile, Lively has remained out of the public eye, though Ryan Reynolds has continued his public appearances, including attending the National Board of Review gala and participating in events like Harvard Business School and a friend’s Radio City performance.
