Gregg Allman Brокe Up with Her in a Note… !!!Shоск!!! Why Cher and Gregg Allman’s marriage only lasted 9 days?

In ‘Cher: The Memoir: Part 1,’ which was published on Tuesday, Nov. 19, Cher discusses her connection with Allman and her discovery that she was pregnant.

Cher claims that Gregg Allman once sent her a message ending their relationship.

The 78-year-old «Believe» hitmaker talked candidly about her marriage to the Allman Brothers Band member in her new book Cher: The Memoir, Part 1, which was released on Tuesday, Nov. 19.

She also discussed how her ex-husband Sonny Bono found it difficult to work with her again.

Cher discovered she was pregnant before to the 1976 premiere of the new Sonny & Cher program.

Allman didn’t believe her when she told him, and he wouldn’t see her when he got back to Los Angeles.

The «I’ve Got You Babe» singer claimed that the new show Cher had with Bono was the reason why he was angry that the press were «creating a juicy new love triangle» between the three.

«I have two choices — go back to Macon and be heartbroken and lonely, or stay here and be made a fool of, the latter of which I just can’t do because I’m a man, and a damn good one,» the actress/musician finally discovered in a message from the «Ramblin’ Man» artist.

He also expressed his desire to «live with being a fool.»

Cher was married from 1975 to 1979 to Allman, who passed away in 2017 at the age of 69.

Just a few days after her divorce from Bono was finalized, the two was married in 1975. However, Cher moved to dissolve her marriage to Allman nine days later.

After making amends, the couple stayed wed until 1979.

The Moonstruck actress clarified in a 2018 interview with the Daily Mail how Allman’s substance misuse problems harmed their relationship.

«It was really intense, but it’s hard to have a marriage with someone who’s doing drugs,» she stated.

«I was simply not meant to be with drugs. I still believe it to be foolish. I seen far too many folks whose lives were destroyed by it. Gregory’s life was destroyed by it.»

Elijah Blue Allman, Cher and Allman’s son, was born in 1976 when they were married.

They released the duet album Two the Hard Way in 1977 and also worked together musically. Cher announced the publication of her two-part book in July.

The first chapter, according to the blurb, will trace «her extraordinary beginnings through childhood to meeting and marrying Sonny Bono — and reveals the highly complicated relationship that made them world-famous, but eventually drove them apart.»

Her memoir will also include her «trademark honesty and humor» and explain how a «diamond in the rough succeeded with no plan and little confidence to become the trailblazing superstar the world has been unable to ignore for more than half a century,» according to the summary.

Cher’s five-stop book tour will begin in New York City on Wednesday, November 20.
