Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin Reunite to Celebrate Daughter Apple’s Society Debut: Family Photos Inside
Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin reunited in Paris to celebrate a major milestone for their daughter.
The former couple, who finalized their divorce in 2015, were in the French capital to support their 20-year-old daughter, Apple Martin, as she made her society debut at Le Bal des Débutantes on Saturday, November 30.
On Sunday, December 1, Paltrow, 52, shared a series of photos and videos on Instagram from the memorable weekend, including moments with her ex-husband, 47. «A special long weekend in Paris,» she captioned the post.
The post began with a video of her view from the airplane, followed by a mirror selfie with Apple, who wore an intricate custom Valentino gown reportedly crafted over 750 hours by Valentino Creative Director Alessandro Michele’s team.
In the photo, Paltrow posed beside her daughter, wearing a sleek black outfit cinched at the waist, paired with gold jewelry.
The third slide showed a photo of Martin and their son Moses, 18, sitting on a bench, followed by a family picture with Paltrow, her mother Blythe Danner, and Moses.
Another photo featured Paltrow with Chris Martin at the formal event, where Paltrow wore a glittery Valentino gown. Martin and Moses wore Valentino tuxedos, while Danner wore a gray skirt and white blazer.
The post ended with a photo of Danner at dinner with Boris Kodjoe and David Netto, and a photo of Paltrow and Apple at the debutante event. Apple is the first to wear a custom Valentino gown by Michele.
On Saturday, November 30, Gwyneth expressed her pride in her daughter’s achievement by posting several photos of Apple in her gown on Instagram Stories.
